Technology Tuesday

By focusing on technology and time management, on Tuesdays, you can enhance your productivity, streamline your operations, and ensure that you make the most of your resources. This proactive approach sets a strong foundation for the rest of the week, helping you achieve your business goals more efficiently and effectively.

“AUTOMATE REPETITIVE TASKS WHEN POSSIBLE”

What exactly does that look like? Here are my top 3 tips!

.1. Use No-Code/Low-Code Automation Tools: Tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or IFTTT allows you to connect apps and automate workflows without coding. You can automatically save Gmail attachments to Google Drive or notify your team in Slack when a new lead comes in. Tools like Shopify Flow, Zoho Inventory, or TradeGecko automate orders & inventory management.

.2. Automate Email & Customer Responses: Email Templates & Filters - Use Gmail/Outlook filters to sort emails and templates (like HubSpot or Boomerang) for quick replies. Chatbot Tools like ManyChat (for Facebook) or Zendesk Answer Bot can handle FAQs.

.3. Schedule & Batch Tasks: Social Media - Use Buffer or Hootsuite to schedule posts in advance. Accounting/Invoicing - Tools like QuickBooks or Wave can automate recurring invoices and payment reminders. RepricerExpress (for Amazon sellers) or Leverton auto-adjusts prices based on competitors. Start small! Pick one repetitive task and automate it this week.
